HealthCare Revenue Cycle Experience

With 19 years of experience at Harris Healthcare, working on the QuadraMed Affinity Application, I have developed a deep expertise in the healthcare revenue cycle, specifically in Contract Management, Guarantor Billing, and Charge Master functions. 

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Contract Management, I played a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining payer contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maximizing reimbursement accuracy. 

My experience in Guarantor Billing involved streamlining billing processes to improve collection rates while ensuring that billing practices adhered to payer requirements and patient expectations. Additionally, I worked extensively with the Charge Master, optimizing charge capture, pricing, and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and organizational goals. 

I developed HIPAA privacy record acknowledgement tracking functionality, updated EDI files and other CMS required reporting. 

My work in these areas has allowed me to collaborate effectively with both clinical and administrative teams to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve financial outcomes, and enhance overall revenue cycle performance.
